  Brought our Miele in for service as the power brush had seized (my fault for waiting too long to have routine service taken care of). Mark was very polite and helpful, had it good as new just a few days later. Their cost for a new hepa filter was a bit high compared to Amazon, so passed on that (I don't expect a local shop to compete on price against a big box online outlet), but for service they did a great job - the vacuum performed very well following their work. Nice to do business with a locally owned shop, we'll be back for all of our service needs.
