  Nice guys, but they will totally rip you off if you aren't careful. Rather than charge market value or msrp for their stuff, they will first try to ring you up at prices that exceed msrp by 60-80%. I bought a sprinkler system here, and they tried to charge me over $800 for it. Went across town, and bought the same system for less than $500 at another sprinkler supply store.
  
  When I called them out on it, they lied about what their cost was on the parts. I just don't believe that a huge chain franchise is paying $6 for the same part that another local supply store is selling for $4.96.
  
  In my opinion, this isn't ethical at all. They should charge what the manufacturer recommends. This isn't a used car dealership. You shouldn't have to haggle to get a reasonable price on building supplies.
