  This is a horrible store & company!! i added 2 lines to my account and was never explained the pro-rated charges for the next month!! I never received my receipt for the transaction even after asking multiple times for it. I was ignored and the chick just played on her phone. My phone bill is 400 dollars now and i was not expecting it. I would give sprint no stars if i could. The only thing i was told after contacting sprint was......Oh, were sorry, but that has to be paid!! This is the worst phone company you could ever go with!!!
