  The HOA decided to use Summit Fence to replace our back fence. The workers just started cutting the fence down and access the premises without notification that they were onsite to start working on the back fence that faces the street. Was told they were going to be there a week earlier. Luckily I don't have dogs but if I did they would have been out in the yard and this could have ended badly.
  They cut the fence down and placed the new metal posts and then disappeared as they continued to complete all the other houses on my block and started working on the houses across the street but left my place open with just the metal posts in place. One worker walked by and looked right at me through the window and just smiled the entire time he walked by to continue working on other houses. Seems really unprofessional to me from the beginning and I would highly suggest you shop around and go with a more professional company.
