- Julia SimpsonMar, 19 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately still a tenant of one of their properties. Staff is friendly to some degree, however is horrible about returning calls and emails. My husband and I have tried getting maintenance to come out on multiple occasions due to the dryer in our laundry facility constantly going out on us. I have never received an email back from management concerning our maintenance requests. Not only that, we have a wood burning fireplace in our apartment that we were never told we could NOT use until the maintenance man came out at one point in time when we first moved in. We were told by him that the fire place has not been serviced In several years and to use our own discression on whether or not we want to use the fireplace. I would not recommend this company. On a positive note, our neighbors are friendly.
