  Over the last several weeks (Feb 2018) quality has become very poor. The drive through takes 5 to 11 minutes. The gentleman who is working the window is rude and is difficult to communicate with. Salsa and eggs have become watery. My breakfast burrito was so soggy that it broke through the paper bag they put it in. When I called to tell the manager about my experience- there was none on duty and then I was hung up on. When I called back, my phone call went to voice mail. Sad. This use to be my favorite morning stop (when Anna worked there)- however I will not be returning. Disappointing.
