  I was a tenant of Tina Swongers. When I moved into her property at 1235 Jane's Ln. My family and I PROFESSIONALLY painted the unit. Layed new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Installed all new updated light switch/ outlet covers and window treatments at our expense. During my tenancy my world fell apart, my rent was late twice, then refused. Because I was in need of assistance from law enforcement I was evicted.Everything I owned was literally thown In the front yard so carelessly that almost anything that could break was broken. Integrity is obviously something Mrs Swonger is lacking .I suggest finding a different realestate agent.
