  Great place to work and I wish I still worked there. The pay is great for people that don't even have a college degree. Full-time work with excellent benefits, including paid vacations from the day you start, PTO after 90 days, medical--dental--vision after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, and so much more! The people are great. They have a lot of company sponsored events, the best Christmas parties with free giveaways -- I won a brand new 19" flat screen TV! Some lucky person won a Kindle Fire. It's just a truly amazing place to work. Despite what the previous person said, there IS room for growth. As long as you are willing to work and show dedication, you can go far with Zurich!
