  Too bad a "no star" category is not available. The CSPD simply do NOT want to be bothered with ANYTHING, period! This follows en suite the increasing crime within the city and if the public are victimized the CSPD simply at best fill out a report and that is that.
  And to think a citizen attempts to follow "the law", goes to a station and is met with essential defiance. Unreal. No, Colorado Springs. What a total shot hole.
