  Summit Catering is an outstanding company that I've had the pleasure to work with for 8 years. Through the multiple events that I've attended, that they catered, to the multiple volunteer opportunities that they have provided me and my fellow nursing students during the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo, Summit Catering is a Colorado Springs business that has deep roots in our community.
  
  From the fabulous food they prepare, to the professional staff, you feel like you're working with a friend and not just a company. Kudos to Summit Catering for being a sustaining business in Colorado Springs.

  Summit Catering provided such wonderful service as well as delicious selections. They were flexible as to what I wanted for my lunch event and so helpful in terms of providing advice. My event was run seamlessly and professionally and I will absolutely use them again the future.
