  The worst customer service and quality product I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Noni is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The daisies were wilted and the floral arrangement looked nothing like the picture on 1800Flowers. She and her husband caused a scene at my mom's place of business. She refused to redeliver the arrangement and talked trash about 1800Flowers. She signed a contract with them and didn't honor it. Then, contacted me again after I told her not to. If I could give negative stars, I would. Despicable.

  The flowers are beautiful, but they are arranged in a cardboard basket. The basket is very wet, and was delivered that way. So now I need to keep the arrangement on a platter due to water leaking. Expected better for the price.
